Skillet Apples

Ingredients

⅓ cup butter

½ cup sugar

½ tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp corn starch

1 cup water

4 Golden Delicious apples, peeled and sliced

Directions

Melt butter in skillet

Stir in sugar, cinnamon and corn starch

Mix well and stir in water

Add apple slices

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until tender – about 10 minutes

Makes 4-6 servings
