Balou’s Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 stick of butter, softened
  • 1-2 cloves minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Black pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Place a dollop (1/2-to-1 teaspoon) on top of oyster, along with Parmesan cheese (or pecorino cheese), before you roast. Roast until bubbly in 450 degree oven or on a hot grill.
