 1 cup barbecue
 10 6-inch corn tortillas
 ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
 salsa
 sour cream
 nonstick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

Prepare bowls with pork barbecue and shredded cheese.

Add 2 tablespoons of barbecue to each tortilla.

Add 1 tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese to each tortilla.

Roll tortillas tightly and lay seam side down on baking sheet.

Spray tortillas lightly with nonstick spray.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until crispy.

Serve taquitos with salsa and sour cream.
