PUDDLE PAL: Since much of Virginia is seeing rainfall today, let’s feature Southside Electric Cooperative member Summer Edwards of Dewitt as our second SAY CHEESE SPOTLIGHT. This is a photo of Summer with her favorite li’l duck, Booger. “Summer is certainly a diva, but she loves the outdoors. She loves all animals, even spiders. She’s the kind of kid who catches the chickens at the zoo,” says her mother, Tammy Edwards. But Summer certainly has a soft spot for ducks. “Her and Booger do everything together, even play in puddles together!”

Summer just recently celebrated her 7th birthday earlier this month. Happy Belated Birthday, Summer, from your friends at Cooperative Living magazine! Summer has two older brothers: Eric, 11, and Kyle, 9. Tammy has been submitting Say Cheese photos of her children for several years now. “Summer would be tickled to see a story about her on the Cooperative Living Facebook page,” Tammy says.

Well, we hope Summer (and her favorite duck) enjoy the puddles today!
