RURAL LIVING
I was not pleased with the Rural Living in your September issue. While I share Margo’s frustration with insects and bugs and the need to kill them when in the house or biting outside. However, I take offense at her enjoyment of watching them die, her delight in it.
All living things are only trying to survive, bugs and insects included. Yes, we need to eliminate some of them but should recognize it is the loss of life and should not take joy in the agony of their deaths. Be glad they are gone, sure, but not joyful in the process of death.
