Sour Cream Cucumbers

Ingredients

  • 6 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Dill weed to taste

Directions

Combine cucumbers and salt. Let stand 30 minutes, then drain. Mix all ingredients together and chill.
