Breakfast Lasagne

A quick and simple breakfast to feed the whole family
Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 16-oz. package frozen hash browns, thawed
- 16-oz. bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Whisk eggs and milk to prepare scrambled eggs, seasoning to taste. Butter a 2 quart casserole and layer half the hash browns on bottom. Cover with sausage, eggs, and remaining hash browns. Sprinkle with cheese, then bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
