Breakfast Lasagne

Serves 6. Total time 35 minutes

A quick and simple breakfast to feed the whole family


  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 16-oz. package frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 16-oz. bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Whisk eggs and milk to prepare scrambled eggs, seasoning to taste. Butter a 2 quart casserole and layer half the hash browns on bottom. Cover with sausage, eggs, and remaining hash browns. Sprinkle with cheese, then bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
