Pulled Pork Nachos
1 bag of tortilla chips
3 cups pulled pork
1 jar pickled jalapenos
2 cups queso
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup shredded cheese
2 radishes (sliced, optional for garnish)
freshly ground black pepper
2 cups hand shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup cilantro (diced, optional for garnish)
Place tortilla chips on flat sheet pan, spread evenly.
Place pulled pork on top of chips.
Sprinkle jalapenos on top.
Prepare queso and drizzle on chips.
Drizzle barbecue sauce on chips.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on chips.
Place in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Take out of oven and garnish with cilantro and sliced radishes.
