Q: As many of us in the community are working toward new goals for the year, what are two initiatives or goals that you are looking forward to SEC accomplishing in 2024?
We are looking to begin taking action on some of the poorly performing sections on our distribution system. For 2024, in addition to our four-year planned work, we have also allocated funds to complete a reliability improvement project in each of our four districts.
We are also excited about the enhancements that will be made to our website, including the outage viewer. Finding new ways to engage, in addition to transparent and timely communications, with SEC stakeholders is critical in today’s business environment.
Our objective every year is to find ways to improve the power-delivery experience and meet our members out in front. These are just two of many ways we will be here for our members in 2024.
